Dounia CZORNIAK is the Deputy Chief People Officer at EVS Broadcast Equipment, based in Liège. With a strong background in human resources, Dounia has been instrumental in shaping the company's HR strategy and driving key initiatives in compensation and benefits, performance management, and ESG projects. Known for a collaborative approach and strategic mindset, Dounia excels in fostering a culture of accountability and innovation within the organization.

In addition to professional achievements, Dounia is a dedicated leader in promoting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives at EVS. Under her guidance, EVS has made significant strides in fostering a sustainability-oriented mindset across the organization. 

Outside of work, Dounia enjoys spending time with her children, Oscar and Jade. She is also passionate about sports and actively participates in various athletic activities.
